With The Clairity Kick Off, I’ll send you three workouts and a new meal plan every other week! The workouts are 30 minutes are less, so you can get it done and get on with your day.

Your first workout is a 30 minute full body cardio and strength class, the second workout is a quick demo that you can fit into any time window you have, and the third is a 20 minute booty buster. 

But why every other week? I’ve purposely scheduled an implementation week built in between, so that you have time to finish up or repeat the workouts and meals. We’re here to build positive habits and learn consistency!

I have always had a basic workout regime, but hit a plateau and tried everything. If you are in this situation, I would definitely recommend Claire! My diet was smart already, with a few cheat meals in, so I was frustrated because I couldn’t figure out what was going on. Claire met with me and reviewed my history: medical, dietary, work schedule and workout routine to build a comprehensive, tailored-to-me workout. Claire keeps me accountable and provides her expertise to me online- Skyping or FaceTiming so she can coach me through my workout! Each workout is different and she explains the reasoning behind each exercise so I can learn proper form. I would highly recommend working with Claire!

  • Just like my other programs, you can do most of the workouts with household equipment (like bottles of water, books, jugs of detergent, etc.) but you’ll likely be able to follow more easily if you invest in equipment. I suggest getting a pair of medium and heavy dumbbells in the 8lb-15lb range, a long handled resistance band, a circular infinity booty band, and a mat. The good news is that you can use the equipment in all your workouts for years to come. It’s always great to own some equipment!
