QUICKIE CAMP is my brand new live and on-demand wellness program designed to help you stay on top of your wellness during the busy summer. We start Monday, July 18th and we finish September 2nd, right in time for Labor Day Weekend!

  • The 1:1 Marco Polo video chat sessions are 100% personalized and private. That’s your exclusive access to moi where I hold your hand and guide you through any aspect of the program where you need me. The live and on-demand classes, meal plan, and Facebook content are curated to best serve the group!

  • A soft surface and household equipment for resistance work (jugs of detergent, books, bottled water, etc.) are great, though I HIGHLY suggest investing in equipment that you can use long-term. You’ll get the most out of Quickie Camp if you have resistance bands (handled, long resistance bands) and booty bands (circular, infinity booty bands. I like both cloth and rubber ones!), and a mat. We will also use household equipment like sliders, pillows, and towels. Occasionally we will use dumbbells (I like 5-20lb weights)! Remember, having the right equipment not only helps with these workouts, but they’ll prevent injury and be super useful in the future.

  • Amazing, I’m going with you! ;) Ha, I wish. But really, since the entire program is virtual, you can log on from ANYWHERE as long as you have wifi. I created Quickie Camp for all you who are on the go. All I ask for is 65min of your time each week for workouts plus a little more time to prep meals and engage in the Facebook group, so it’s honestly not hard to keep up with. Your wellness depends on your participation, so I highly suggest you try to maintain your progress as you travel. I do it even with a young baby because I’m a better version of myself when I fill up my own cup. <3 You can use household equipment plus bands when you travel!

  • First, congrats! What an amazing journey. You can 100% do Quickie Camp if you’ve had your 6 week checkup with your healthcare professional and you’re feeling up to it. If you’re looking to really recover from having a baby, I highly suggest you check out my CORE CAMP. Many of the movements you’ll do are the exact ones I did to recover from delivering our baby boy.

  • Awe, congrats to you! Quickie Camp will be an excellent postpartum program but since you’re in a unique chapter of life, I HIGHLY recommend you do my MOM GENES Prenatal program, which will safely and effectively work your core and your whole body. I promise it’s what you’re looking for to specifically prepare for life’s marathon: aka pregnancy and childbirth. Learn more here!

  • While each of those various programs has their own strengths, none of them really focus on educating you with efficiency about your body. I have done all of these and seen how the instructors lead their classes. As the Core Queen, I’ll be highlighting core work in every Quickie Camp class. From my years of learning about the anatomy of the core, learning how to crazy effectively train the core, and bringing a human into the world, I have developed tips and tricks that will help you get the strongest core you’ve ever had. My Quickie Camp will complement any and all other workouts you do - I promise. You’ll be grateful you have the knowledge from Quickie Camp to apply to any and all other workouts you do!
