STRENGTH CAMP is my brand new fully on-demand wellness program designed to help you stay on top of your wellness no matter what the weather’s like outside.

  • You get 3 new classes each week, plus full access to a massive library of 450+ on-demand classes.

    Each class is 30min or less! Every other week you’ll get 4 new classes!

    Hint: there’s one 45min Pilates class that’s pure fire if you want it ;)

  • It’s 11 weeks, if you follow the schedule of completing 3 classes (every week it’s 4 classes, and yup, I’m talking about that bonus Pilates class!).

    However, feel free to go at your own pace :)

  • They’re always 30min or less! I get it, life is BUSY.

  • The 1:1 Marco Polo video chat sessions are 100% personalized and private. That’s your exclusive access to moi where I hold your hand and guide you through any aspect of the program where you need me. The on-demand classes are curated to best serve the group!

  • I HIGHLY suggest investing in equipment that you can use long-term. You’ll get the most out of Strength Camp if you have dumbbells (I tend to use a set of 15lb and 20lb dumbbells) and booty bands (circular, infinity booty bands. I like both cloth and rubber ones!), and a mat. We will also use household equipment like sliders, pillows, and towels. Occasionally we will use long handled resistance bands!

    Remember, having the right equipment not only helps with these workouts, but they’ll prevent injury and be super useful in the future.

  • Amazing, I’m going with you! ;)

    Ha, I wish. But really, since the entire program is virtual, you can log on from ANYWHERE as long as you have wifi. I created Strength Camp for all you who are on the go.

    All I ask for is 75min of your time each week for workouts plus a little more time to connect me with on Marco Polo so I keep you accountable, so it’s honestly not hard to keep up with.

    Your wellness depends on your participation, so I highly suggest you try to maintain your progress as you travel. I do it even with a young baby because I’m a better version of myself when I fill up my own cup. ♡

    You can use household equipment plus bands when you travel!

  • First, congrats! What an amazing journey.

    You can 100% do Strength Camp if you’ve had your 6 week checkup (8 week for c-section mamas) with your healthcare professional and you’re feeling up to it.

    If you’re looking to really recover from having a baby, I highly suggest you check out my CORE CAMP. Many of the movements you’ll do are the exact ones I did to recover from delivering our baby boy.

  • Awe, congrats to you!

    Strength Camp will be an excellent postpartum program but since you’re in a unique chapter of life, I HIGHLY recommend you do my MOM GENES Prenatal program, which will safely and effectively work your core and your whole body.

    I promise it’s what you’re looking for to specifically prepare for life’s marathon: aka pregnancy and childbirth. Learn more here!

  • While each of those various programs has their own strengths, none of them really focus on educating you with efficiency about your body and how to truly utilize tools (aka dumbbells) to accomplish a goal.

    I have done all of these and seen how the instructors lead their classes. As the Strength Queen, I’ll be highlighting strength and core work in every Strength Camp class.

    From my years of learning about the anatomy of the body and the core, learning how to crazy effectively train the whole body for overall strength,, and bringing a human into the world, I have developed tips and tricks that will help you get the strongest body you’ve ever had.

    Your body will be stronger, more efficient, leaner, more defined, and healthier.

    My Strength Camp will complement any and all other workouts you do - I promise.
